Who is responsible
ELI, craft business (obrt) of Mateja Pavić-Maroš, Zvonigradska 25, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, is the data controller. Contact: mateja.eliobrt@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Name, business name, email and any details you send me in an enquiry or while we work together.
- Billing details needed for invoices and accounting records.
- Access to your advertising accounts, only for the time we work together.
This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
Why and on what basis
I use your data to answer your enquiry, deliver the service, issue invoices and meet legal accounting duties. The bases are your request, the contract between us and legal obligation.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. I receive confirmation of payment and your name and email, never your full card number.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 12 months. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Croatian law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Email mateja.eliobrt@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
